Sarah has worked with high-growth B2B companies in the financial services, fintech and healthtech spaces for nearly 20 years. She has helped grow bootstrapped companies from $0-20M in revenue, and her focus is creating consistent predictable quality demand that drives revenue at an efficient cost. 

Sarah currently resides in South Florida with her family where she enjoys spending time outdoors at the beach and on the boat.

Lindsay Czajka

Lindsay Czajka is the Virtual Marketing Manager at Elite Resource Team. She began her career after earning her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communication from Rutgers University.

Lindsay started out in retail, specializing in visual merchandising and in-store marketing, where she managed multiple teams and personalities across several locations simultaneously. In 2020, she transitioned into the financial services space at Elite Resource Team, bringing with her a strong creative eye, organizational skills, and a people-first approach.

In her current role, Lindsay works closely with advisors and accountants to help them define their value proposition and grow their businesses through thoughtful, effective digital marketing. Known for her friendly, relatable style, she is a self-motivated, solution-oriented marketer who enjoys collaborating one-on-one with members of the Elite community.

Lindsay lives in New Jersey with her husband, daughter Lucy, and their dog, Gigi. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants and spending quality time with friends and family.

Rachael Hopson

Rachael brings over 12 years of experience in healthcare recruiting, with a focus on building strong relationships and scalable recruiting systems that drive long-term growth.

As Member Relations Manager at Elite Resource Team, Rachael will focus on bringing a relationship-driven and systems-focused approach to advisor and accountant recruiting, member onboarding, and long-term member success. She will work closely with members and strategic partners to help ensure a seamless, high-value experience across the ERT community.

A South Jersey native, Rachael recently traded city life for the Jersey Shore. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, photography, cooking, spending time on or near the water, and is a lifelong Philadelphia sports fan.

Tray Valdes-Dennis

Tracy Valdés-Dennis began her career in customer relations over 25 years ago, helping manage her family’s business in Belize. After graduating from college, she entered the hospitality industry as a Restaurant Manager where she further developed her client service skills.

In 2010, she joined Edward Jones as a Branch Office Administrator, quickly advancing to a senior role through her focus on client advocacy and process improvement. After she relocated to Colorado Springs, Tracy brought her passion for client advocacy and leadership to the Level 5 Financial Team in 2019 as Office Manager.

Now, Tracy ensures operational efficiency as an Operations Manager at Elite, overseeing everything from transactions and event planning to advisor commissions and CRM data integrity.

She currently resides in Colorado with her husband and two fur babies. Outside of work, Tracy is a nature enthusiast, home baker, and DIY aficionado.

Sarah Freitas

As her career evolved, Sarah recognized her strength in supporting individuals within growing communities—helping them stay engaged, confident, and equipped to succeed. That path led her to Elite Resource Team, where she now serves as the Member Success Manager.

In this role, Sarah is the primary point of contact for advisors, ensuring members are supported, connected to the right resources, and progressing toward their goals within the program. She works closely with members to drive adoption, remove roadblocks, and maximize the value of Elite Resource Team’s collaborative model.

Sarah currently lives in sunny San Diego and enjoys spending time outdoors, being with family, and volunteering with nonprofit organizations.

Jake Johnson

Jake has held marketing positions for several software companies, including On Hand Software, EnFlyer and SPSS Inc.  He has also been a Marketing manager for a leading conference and tradeshow provider in the printing industry.  This provided an extensive background in website design and promotion, print design and database marketing.

Jake also worked for Century 21 for nearly a decade before opening his own real estate brokerage, through Internet only advertising. Jake handles all of the paid search and search engine optimization for the website.  

Since 2007, Jake has been consulting to assist clients with increasing their online presence and help work towards company benchmarks. He continues to consult and manage the paid search and SEO programs for multiple companies.

Seth Hartford

Seth began his career with Elite Resource Team shortly after transitioning from a customer service background having broken several sales and service records within his previous company.

In 2021, Seth moved from his previous base in New Hampshire to Las Vegas, Nevada, where he’s currently enjoying the change of environment and lifestyle.

As a member of ERT’s internal team, Seth works closely with James Sanford and Michael Apollonsky to ensure that customers not only receive a warm welcome to the Elite model, but also take home what is most beneficial to them in their current situation.

Outside of work, Seth enjoys competing in table tennis tournaments, playing piano, aviation, traveling, and cooking.

Taylor Pratt

Jake Latham

Born and raised in England before moving to the US in 2011, Jake Latham initially joined Elite Resource Team in 2024, before becoming Data Manager in January 2026. His work focuses on improving reporting systems, organizing member training data, and streamlining accounting processes. He has developed tools that link operations and generate accurate KPIs, helping make day-to-day functions more efficient.

Jake studied Business Management, with a focus on entrepreneurship, at Bentley University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in December 2025. Outside of work, he enjoys playing and watching “football” and golf.

Lindsay Morris

Lindsay Morris is a Proactive Coordinator with a background in integrated marketing communications and professional storytelling. She brings a strong foundation in clear, thoughtful communication, developed through experience as a journalist, public relations contributor, and client-facing coordinator within a marketing agency environment.

Lindsay graduated from California Polytechnic State University, where she studied journalism, public relations, and Spanish. Her academic and professional work reflect a passion for connecting people, facilitating meaningful conversations, organizing complex information, and supporting collaborative relationships. She is especially skilled at quickly understanding diverse individuals and priorities, enabling her to anticipate needs and provide effective, proactive support.

As a Proactive Coordinator with Elite Resource Team, Lindsay supports members and their clients through the Fast Track process, helping drive quicker ROI while fostering strong, long-term relationships between ERT, its members, and their clients. 

Based in San Diego, Lindsay enjoys playing beach volleyball, spending time with family, and volunteering with local non-profit organizations.
